A photograph of the Old Boys Reunion in 1902. It was taken at Sandy Hollow, a favorite picnic ground and swimming area for the community along the Conococheague Creek. All but two of the names are known for those in the photo. Well known men of the community at that time are in the photo including Philip Baer, Pitt Carl, Walter Washington Smith, C. C. Kauffamn, J. Hostetter, and many more. Walter Smith was an African American man born in 1887 who became internationally known for his paintings of Greencastle-Antrim.
